A brand new Michael’s just opened up a few blocks away from my apartment! I’m not the only one thrilled with this, my boyfriend no longer has to wait impatiently in the car while I rush to pick up my supplies. Now I can spend hours browsing with crafty inspirations without having to deal with the angry monster after.
A fully stocked Michael’s can be a dangerous place for a DIY addict. I was so very tempted to pick up some fabric paint and dye, but I resisted – this time. (I have a feeling I’ll be back very soon.) I was careful to stick to the list of the things I actually needed - some beads, charms, and this new bracelet design board! Finally, no more beads rolling all over the table, disappearing under the couch, or having the fear of being eaten by my darling doggy.
Well, off to start beading some bracelets!

I use this thick felt-type padded fabric and my beads don’t roll anywhere. I put it inside a flat surface that has sides. Works really well for me. But, the one you have is rad! No measuring required

Ahh I should’ve tried that! Oh well, my beading tray was only a few dollars.

And, it still has a lot of good uses… I could use one myself.

It’s super handy to have! Well worth it, I think I’ll be buying the necklace version too!
