As I’ve grown older, I’ve started to become more cautious of the medications I take and the side effects caused by them. Over the last few years, I’ve started to turn to more natural alternative remedies to treat common ailments and lately I’ve started experimenting with essentials oils. There are a wide range of essential oils uses from aromatherapy, cleaning products, beauty care and natural medicine treatments.

Essentials Oils have been used for thousands of years in various cultures for both medicinal and health purposes. They come from distilling or extracting the different parts of plants, including the flowers, leaves, bark, roots, and resins. The benefits of essential oils come from their antioxidant, antimicrobial, and anti-inflammatory properties. These healing oils are rapidly growing in popularity because they act as natural medicine without any side effects. They are natural remedies are effective at speeding recovery from illness and injury.
