I have some new shoe candy!
I’ve had my eye on them for a good long while, and after much debate and trying them on multiple times at different stores, I took the plunge and bought them. (And in good timing too, they were starting to sell out at a lot of places and I was lucky to get the last pair downtown! )
I am soo in love with these boots! These Rag and Bone Newbury boots are just dreamy. Artful seaming contours these signature leather Rag & Bone booties perfectly to the foot. The rounded toe is seamed at one side, and the paneled shaft is finished with a hidden zip at the back. Stacked leather heel and leather sole.
A brown bootie is a must have for this spring/summer season! I’ve been searching high and low for the perfect one and I think I’ve finally found in this Rag and Bone bootie.
I love how this boot style goes with almost everything from denim to dresses. It’s shape not only eternally classic, but so very flattering for any body type, giving the wearer a long lean leg.
But what really sold me on them was how comfortable the Rag and Bone Newbury boots are. Dare I say an actual comfortable pair of heels? (OMG right? But it’s true!) These booties have built in padding right into the sole of the shoes. The height of the heel is just perfect too, at 3.25 inches this bootie gives you a reasonable boost in height while still being very walkable.
It looks like I’m not the only one who’s in love this these boots. A slew of celebrities seem to have made this classic bootie part of their staple wardrobe as well!
At $495 it’s definitely a splurge, but I’d say it’s worth every penny! The craftsmanship and materials are immaculate. Leather quality is great, construction is great and they are comfortable and look way fabulous! If you’re looking for some less expensive alternatives, http://intheircloset.com has some great look-a-like steals for the Rag and Bone Newbury Boots.
Have you splurged on any goodies lately?
Let me know in the comments below, don’t let me feel alone and guilty for buying these boots! lol
