Remember in “The Devil Wears Prada” when Miranda Priestly dimissively rolls her eyes and goes, “Florals for spring? Groundbreaking.” So sure, the floral trend isn’t anything new. But year after year, new floral prints hit the runway and we all fall in love all over again.
My personal love affair with floral prints is renewed each Spring as the weather starts to warm and the flowers start to bloom. I think part of the reason we love floral prints so much is because of how versatile they are. Florals prints make you feel sweet and feminine, but you can also style them to be edgy and tough. You can get a bold large floral, small dainty floral print, mix-match florals, or just add a floral accent. The possibilities are truly endless. Not to mention, there is just something about floral prints that’s just happy. And, when you wear floral prints you immediately feel happier because of it.
This year as Spring rolls around again, things are no different and I’ve fallen for florals yet again and added these 2 new Spring floral pieces to my wardrobe from Boohoo.
Spring Floral Outfit #1
This first look is fun, flirty one with floral print romper in a mustard yellow from Boohoo. I’m loving this dainty floral print, it’s a little sweet, but not too girly. I’m finding the full length sleeves are nice for the Spring when its still a little chilly, and I find that it balances the short hemline. Since it’s still a little on the cool side here, I’ve paired it with light-wash denim jacket, a perfect staple for both Spring and Summer and added some OTK grey suede boots to finish off the look.

The Zendaya Edit Comes to Boohoo This Spring
This Spring, Zendaya has teamed up with Boohoo for her own line of fashion-forward staples at an affordable prices, or as Zendaya likes to put it, “ballin’ on a budget.” The Zendaya Edit range offers ath-leisure, denim, figure-hugging dresses, jumpsuits, cropped tops, slogan T-shirts, bell-bottom trousers and jackets. Pieces start as low as $11 and go up to $77, with on-trend pieces such as 90’s inspired denim, slogan tees, stripes, and flower palettes.

Spring Floral Outfit #2
This next floral outfit features the Boutique Ayn Floral Split Sleeve Wrap Dress from Boohoo. It’s a beautiful pink wrap dress with a large floral print that’s both both stylish and effortless, making it the perfect party piece to for weddings, showers and date nights. It’s beautifully trimmed with lace like details along the collar and the arm slits make give a sultry appeal without having to show too much skin. I’ve paired it with some understated suede grey mules and a little gold clutch to finish off the look.
