Keep reading to find out ways you can use Bio-Oil for hair…
The Bio-Oil uses are truly endless, it’s a multi-tasking product that can save you whenever you’re in a beauty bind. It’s is packed with combination of vitamins and plant extracts, including lavender, rosemary, chamomile, and vitamins A and E, which are all ingredients that are not only good for your skin, but great for your hair too. And that combined with PurCellin Oil™, which gives Bio-Oil that lovely light consistency, makes a perfect dry oil that can be used in your hair for a variety of purposes.
With the extra sun exposure and salt water, many of us suffer from dry, brittle hair ends, especially during the summer season. Thanks to its lightweight consistency, Bio-Oil for hair is a great treatment for hydrating your ends and treating split ends. Just apply a drop to your finger tips and lightly touch the ends of the hair or wherever you need a little extra hydration and care.
The last thing you want to do it spray hair spray and make your hair feel sticky on a hot summer day. Using Bio-Oil for hair is a much better alternative, rub a drop or two between your palms and smooth over strands to tame frizz and pesky fly-aways to create a sleek hair style.
Anything from over washing to chlorine and salt water can cause your scalp to get itchy from being too dry. And even worse, if it’s consistently dry, you’ll start to get flakes, and that’s not a good look for anyone. Just one of the Bio-Oil benefits is its ability to moisturize. Stop dry itchy scalp woes in their tracks by massaging a few drops into your scalp or adding a few to your shampoo. You’ll find that it will hydrate and calm your scalp right down.
Don’t let you hair soak up chlorine and salt, not only is it damaging, it turns your hair brassy and ruins your hair colour. Use Bio-Oil for hair by placing a few drops in your hands and run them through you hair before taking a dip in the pool to keep your hair protected while swimming.
Give your hair a little extra TLC with an overnight hair mask. Massage some Bio-Oil into your hair before you go to bed, and wash it out in the morning for a extra dose or moisture and hydration. Just make sure you sleep on a towel so it won’t transfer to your pillow cases. And if you don’t want to leave it in overnight, you can also just do it 15 minutes before you shower and wash it out then.
