Big thanks to BodyBoss for sponsoring this post. As always, opinions expressed here are my own.

What’s BodyBoss?
BodyBoss is a 12-week fitness program for the modern woman. With workout routines that take 24 minutes or less, BodyBoss allows you to get in a short, but effective HIIT (high-intensity interval training) workout into your busy day.
I love how BodyBoss allows you to work out without any specialized equipment, so you can do it anywhere, anytime, including in the comfort of your own home, or even while you’re traveling.
You can get the BodyBoss program as either as an online version that you can access through your mobile, tablet or laptop, or paperback workbook.
I love having the book, but for the days I didn’t have the book handy, viewing the e-guide on my phone was just as easy.
BodyBoss offers a structured guided workout program with various exercises for following short, HIIT workouts.
This HIIT technique aims to challenge your body with exercises are designed to improve your fitness, accelerate fat loss, and tone your body in a short amount of time.
What’s the BodyBoss Workout Like?
BodyBoss has you complete a high-intensity workout every weekday. In my current routine Monday focuses primarily on the legs and butt, and Wednesday works the arms, abs, and core. Tuesday workouts focus on active recovery and Thursdays make cardio a priority. Friday workouts are just six minutes long but are intense bursts of cardio designed to work every muscle. Weekend rest days are equally important in the BodyBoss routine, as they provide the time for your body to repair itself and build up muscle mass.
BodyBoss combines bodyweight resistance exercises, plyometric exercises (jump training), cardio, and unilateral exercises to build the ultimate HIIT workout.
The entire program takes just 12 weeks, guiding you through 7-8 exercises on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for about 24 active minutes per day.
The program is very well designed and I found the workouts easy to follow and understand. The series of exercises are definitely challenging, but didn’t make me feel like I was in over my head.
I really liked how there was the intensity of your workout increases over the 12 weeks, so you’re constantly challenging your body to do new things.
I also really love having such specific routines laid out for me. In the gym I often waste time thinking which exercise I should do next. But the program helps keep me focused on working out.
It’s great that BodyBoss doesn’t require any serious equipment either, which saves both time and money.

All in all, I’ve really enjoyed doing the BodyBoss Method. The HIIT workouts are super convenient being just 24 minutes.
I could easily squeeze that into my daily schedule and because there’s no major equipment need, your workout can be done practically anywhere.
I found the exercises to be effective and alway found the workouts to be challenging and rewarding. Over the last few weeks I’m definitely feeling stronger and looking more toned.
And I’m excited to see what the upcoming weeks have in store. Check out BodyBoss for yourself here.
