Cougar Firenze Boots Review and Outfit

I’m so excited to ditch my winter coats and boots, and living in Canada, spring weather can be bucket of fun too. So far this month we’ve gotten a bit of everything – snow, sleet, slush, rain, along with a few warm pleasant days too!

Having good boots to get you through the season is a must! And I recently teamed up with Cougar Shoes to style this casual spring look for an Instagram post, which you can see here.

I’ve been loving my Cougar Firenze Boots so much, I wanted I’d share them with you here on the blog as well. Along with a more detailed review for those of you who are also shopping rain boots or seasonal boots.

The Outfit

When it comes to casual outfits, this one is a typical combination that you’ll find me in. Some sort of bodysuit or top with jeans, and a shacket, and some sort of booties.

This easy outfit combo is one you really can’t go wrong with. Changing up the cut of your jeans, along with your layering pieces can easily give a variation to the look.

I feel like the Cougar Firenze boots were just made for casual outfits like this!

Cougar Firenze Boot Review

If you’ve followed me a for awhile, you’ll already know I’m a huge fan of Cougar Shoes. They’re a Canadian brand that’s well known for their winter boots that are waterproof, warm, comfy, and made to last.

The Firenze Boot is a Chelsea style ankle rain boot. It has a chic glossy exterior thats waterproof and lightweight. It’s easy to pull on and take off with Gortex elastic on the side, which also gives you flexibility around the ankles when you walk.

Overall I find them to be a very comfortable boot (as well as a stylish one!) The Firenze boots have cushiony rubber sole that makes them great for walking in. I can easily wear them all day comfortably.

This chic style is the perfect city rain boot. I got them in Zinc which is this neutral grey colour, but this season they have a total of 6 colours, along with some fun ones too if you’re up for a little colour!

Even though the Cougar Firenze Boot is a rain boot, I find myself wearing them on non rainy days. They’re just such a great casual boot for any day, I find myself reaching for them on the daily.

If you’re shopping for a casual spring boot or a rain boot, it’s definitely one I’d recommend! It’s fairly affordable and looks so chic while being functional as well!
