Tea Tree Oil

Here’s 5 common ailments that Tea Tree Oil can help treat
Sore Throat
Add one drop of Tea Tree Oil into a glass of warm water and gargle, but don’t swallow! Do this to help get ride of inflammation and fight off infection.
Sinus Infection
Place a few drops in a bowl with boiling water with a dowel. Place over your face and breath in. The antibacterial and antiviral properties in Tea Tree Oil help to relieve nasal infections.

Add a couple drops of Lavender Oil to the bath. The vapour will clear your head and leave your skin silky soft. Use at night to improve sleep quality.

Add a few drops of Lavender Oil to your favourite unscented moisturizer and stir well. Use before bed for a fantastic’s night sleep
Chapped Lips
Rub Lavender Oil on dry chapped lips to have them feeling hydrated again
Nausea

Stuffy Nose

Boost Immune Health
Use in a diffuser as an inhalant to stimulate them immune system and prevent the dreaded cold and flu.
Killing Germs
Add 10-30 to distilled water to make a disinfectant spray. Use to disinfect and protect from all germs.
