We all need a little inspiration at in our lives, whether it’s to lift us up from a mundane routine or to help us conquer life’s challenges and drive us towards our goals. Inspiration can give us vision, allowing us to open doors to new possibilities, and is a lens that can transform what we see in the mirror and change our perspective of how we see the world.
One of my favourite ways to find inspiration is to take a little time for myself out of the day to visit a local coffee shop. It’s a little bit of ‘me time‘ where I can sit down relax and let my mind wander. Lately I’ve been noticing these little coffee shop trips have led to me learning new things and coming up with fresh ideas. Let me tell you about three ways I find inspiration at coffee shops…
3 Ways To Find Inspiration in Coffee Shops
1. People Watching
2. Listening in on conversation
I don’t necessarily do this on purpose, but there are times it’s impossible not to listen to an interesting conversation happening, especially if it’s right next to me. Even little snippets of conversations and short exchanges tell a small story of life and experiences.
3. Letting your mind wander
We live in this society where it’s alway go-go-go on and to the next one, and chasing your goals. Sometimes it’s just nice to to nothing for 5 minutes. Turn off your phone and disconnect while you’re enjoying your coffee. You’ll have all day to crush it after!

July 9, 2017What a cute outfit you have on. I love coffee shops for a variety of reasons but mainly because the wonderful aromas relax me to let my mind wander and forget about everything I should be doing instead of what I want to be doing.
