15 Floral Dresses Under $30

Needless to say, I love floral dresses! They’re feminine, flattering and the perfect for cheering up any day. My closet is full of them and so today I decided to share a round up of all my favourite floral dresses under $30.

When it comes to floral dresses there are 3 typical lengths I like to wear: mini, midi and maxi. Mini dresses are shorter style that typically stops couple inches above the knee. Midi dresses fall past the knee just a little bit, and maxi dresses come right down to the ankle.

I find that these 3 lengths are the most flattering on all body types. There are also knee length skirts, but I often find these a little harder to style and also not as popular at the moment. So I’ve stuck to the sharing some of my favourite mini, midi, and maxi floral dresses with you today!

Mini Floral Dresses

Mini floral dresses are a favourite for my casual Spring and Summer days. They’re fun and flirty and easy to dress up or down.

I love wearing my mini floral dresses with sneakers, sandals or flats. They also look great with boots of all kinds, from OTK right down to ankle boots!

I typically like daintier prints for shorter floral dresses so they don’t overpower the length of the dress. And I also like a bit of flowy skirt, since the skirt is already short it can feel like a bit too much if it’s tight as well.

Midi Floral Dresses

Last year I totally fell in love with midi length dresses. Being fairly petite I didn’t think I could pull off dresses that would cut off my legs past the knee, but as it turns out they’re very flattering.

Floral midi dresses are easy and comfortable to wear. And unlike the shorter dresses, you don’t need to worry about flashing anyone.

Both dainty prints and bolder prints look great on midi length dresses as you have more material to show off the print!

Maxi Floral Dresses

I find maxi floral dresses so elegant! And with wedding season coming up, they make perfect wedding guest dresses.

They can look great casually paired with shoes like sneakers, sandals & flats. But also look so classy when dressed up with strappy sandals or heels. During the cooler transition months like spring and fall, you can easily wear them with taller boots too for some added warmth!

I love a floral maxi that shows off a little bit of leg with a slit. Being petite, maxi dresses can be a bit overwhelming so a slit can help, plus it makes it easier to walk too!

I love bolder prints for maxi dresses because with the added length you can really show off the pattern.
