How to look Effortlessly Chic Every Day
Don’t you wish you could wake up and walk out the door looking effortlessly chic every day? Well it’s actually not too hard. Anyone can enjoy looking stylish and chic on the regular — all it takes is knowing a few tricks of the trade.
Effortless style means keeping your style simple, but never boring. And although it might appear as though you randomly threw a few things on that just happens to look put-together. It’s really the illusion that you didn’t even try, when of course, you actually did!
There are a few rules to looking effortlessly chic, and they’re actually quite simple ones too! Keep reading for my 5 tips to looking effortlessly chic every day!

#1 Way to look Chic: Wear black and neutrals
Black and neutral coloured clothes have a certain timeless quality to them. And wearing them is an easy way to look effortlessly chic.
Of course this doesn’t mean you can’t wear any colour, but having your stapl wardrobe essentials in black and neutrals allow you to easily mix and match them to create different outfits.
Some recommended staple pieces include: skinny black pants/jeans, black culottes, white jeans, white turtleneck, striped turtle neck, camel coat, checkered coats.

#2 Way to look Chic: Wear A Blazer
A blazer can be added to almost any look and adds instant sense of polish to that outfit.
Whether you’re wearing a sundress or jeans, wearing a blazer just steps up the whole look a level to elevate your style.
They’re an excellent completer piece that can be added to any outfit. Black would be the most classic colour for a blazer, but I also love navy, checkered and even floral print blazers too.

#3 Way to look Chic: Wear Pointed Shoes
There’s just something about pointed to shoes that look so chic. My go to colours are black and nude, as you can probably tell, and they go with almost every outfit to add a bit a edge to it.
I particularly love pointed toe nude pumps because they have an instantly leg lengthening ability. And my black over the knee boots are another great basic I wear a lot too.

#4 Way to look Chic: Carry a Structured Bag
A structured bag is another great completer piece for putting together a chic outfit. The simple lines and hardware add a distinct sense of polish and sophistication.

Sunglasses seem to add an instant chic factor to any outfit. They’re the perfect accessory to enhance the your outfit, and can make you look pulled together even when you’ve rushed out the door without makeup.
