Natural Skincare from LaFlev

Reviewing 3 skincare products from LaFlev: Daily Face Wash Powder, Skin Turnaround Serum, and Deep Wrinkle Release Hydrating Cream.

One of the best things about blogging is that I get to try out a new and innovative skincare brands. And recently I had the opportunity to try out 3 skincare products from LaFlev.

LaFlev is a natural, high-end, and women-owned skincare line with simplified and multi tasking skincare. Their ingredients are based on plants, herbs, and earthy clays that are cruelty free, natural and ethically sourced.

LaFlev Skincare Review

I had the chance to try 3 of the products from the LaFlev Skincare line: the Daily Face Wash Powder, Skin Turnaround Serum, and Deep Wrinkle Release Hydrating Cream.

I have to say, the packaging is beautiful and oh-so-luxe. And the skincare price point falls between about $60-115 and would be considered a luxury skincare line.

Overall the quality of the products are amazing as well. They feel elegant to touch and non-irritating to my sensitive skin. I’ve seen an improvement in my overall complexion since I’ve been using them.

I would say the LaFlev skincare line is for more mature skin types, as they target more for hydration as well as anti-aging. But products like their Daily Face Wash Powder would be great for all skin types.

Daily Face Wash Powder

I am SO in love with the LaFlev Daily Face Wash Powder. I’ve been using it daily for over month now and my skin has such a great glow to it.

It’s very gentle, leaves my skin soft, clean and so so smooth! I feel like my pores look so much cleaner and minimized, as well as refined texture.

The Daily Face Wash Powder comes out of the bottle a little bit like baby powder, but with more texture. As you mix it with water it works into lather that deeply cleanses and exfoliate.

It contains mineral-rich clays help to draw out impurities, along with botanicals and nourishing oils to care for the skin.

Skin Turnaround Serum

The LaFlev Skin Turnaround Serum is a lightweight facial oil that hydrates and fighting the signs of aging with a powerhouse of natural ingredients.

Key ingredients include Kadua Plum Extract which contains Vitamin C for bright skin, Olive Squalane for hydration, Gutu Kola Extra for collagen production and Lupinus Albus Seed Extra to help renew skin.

I’ve been using the Skin Turnaround Serum in the mornings to give my extra boost of hydration. It helps to protect my skin from dryness and keeps my foundation from going patchy.

And I’ve also used it with my Gua Sha routine and my skin looks extra glowy when I’m done. I love the lightweight texture of this oil and how well it absorbs, I’m not left with a heavy feeling the rest of the day.

Deep Wrinkle Release Hydrating Cream

First, can we talk about how gorgeous jar for this cream is? It’s a $115 face cream – so expensive, but not La Mer ridiculous.

The Deep Wrinkle Release Hydrating Cream is an ultra rich cream meant to soften smooth and firm skin. I did love it, but it might be a little to heavy for me for daily use, thought was perfect for those extra dry days

It has a lovely rich texture and absorbs quickly into the skin. I could see it being perfect for more mature skin types that needs more hydration.
