A Laline Moment

It’s so easy to get caught up with life, as modern women are expected to do it all, a successful career, families, relationships and social lives. But one thing we often forget about is ourselves. Self care often falls to the bottom of our list as our to-do lists starts to grow. But the truth is self care should be at the top of our lists, because you can’t pour from an empty cup.

Today I’m excited to share the launch of Laline in Canada, it’s an international bath, body care, and lifestyle company that has just opened their first store at CF Sherway Gardens just earlier this week. Along with their beautiful aesthetics and addictive scents, I love the brand’s philosophy on self care. Taking a Laline moment is all about taking a moment for yourself to enjoy the little pleasures of life, whether that’s indulging yourself a body scrub or just taking a moment to apply moisturizer after your shower. It’s all about creating enjoyment in these these small moments and taking the time to appreciate them.

My Laline Favourites

At Laline Canadian launch event earlier this week, I had an opportunity to learn about their bath and body products and experience them first hand in store, as well as take a few home to enjoy for myself. Here are just a few of my favourites that I think are simply must-tries from the Laline collection:

Body Scrubs

The Laline Body Scrubs are made from Dead Sea salt and are perfect combination of deep cleansing with natural minerals while nourishing your skin with avocado and grape seed oils that leave skin baby soft. They come in a variety of scents, so you can find one that’s perfect for you.

Fluffy Body Cream

This innovative body cream is an ultra-creamy, nourishing body lotion that is formulated to give skin long-lasting moisture. It comes out in as a luxurious mousse and that weightlessly melts into the skin. It’s a heavenly dose of nourishment and moisture, containing Aloe Vera and Chamomile extract and is also enriched with vitamin E.

Shower Oil Soap

Another product I love is the Shower Oil Soap. It’s a super moisturizing oil that lathers into a milky foam body wash as it comes in contact with water.  It’s deeply nourishing and hydrating with a luxurious blend of Shea Butter, Kukui Oil and Vitamin E.  It leaves your skin velvety smooth, delicately scented, and radiantly clean.
