Nudestix Staycation at 1 Hotel Toronto

You might remember I attended the Nudestix event back in March. Since then I’ve been in love with the both their skincare and makeup products.

I love Nudestix’s approach fresh faced approach to beauty and skincare along with their sustainable packaging. I’ve been using both their Nudescreen sunscreen and Nudestix Nudies are part of my daily skincare and makeup routine since!

I was super excited when they invited me for a staycation at 1 Hotel to get pampered with their Nudeskin skincare. Like their makeup, their skincare is simple, multi-tasking, vegan powered with gentle and effective ingredients.

1 Hotel Toronto Staycation

The 1 Hotel is a sustainable luxury hotel in my old neighbourhood of King West. I’ve missed living in the area, so it was great to be back for a visit.

The decor throughout the hotel is inspired by nature and has a beautiful serene feeling to it, making it the perfect place urban retreat in downtown Toronto.

I love how the sustainable nature of the hotel also falls inline with Nudestix approach to clean beauty products as wells.

Our room was just gorgeous and lots of natural wood elements for chic but cozy feel. Plus 1 Hotel was pet friendly, which was a bonus because my pup Charlie got to come along!

Here’s a peek at the bathroom and I don’t think I need to say it was stunning! It came with a gorgeous soaker tub to relax in.

And to complete my staycation, I also received a gift bag of Nudeskin products to help pamper my skin and relax.

Eats and Drinks

The 1 Hotel is also well known for its food and drinks too. In the evening we went to Casa Madera for some tapas and drinks.

It was an amazing experience, with the restaurant and the food and delicious were unique blend of Mexican and Mediterranean flavours!

We had duck tacos and a small seafood platter along with some of their signature cocktails!

In the morning we opted for breakfast in bed. And oh what a luxury! I can’t remember the last time I slept in and had breakfast made for me.

I had the focccia french toast, and hubby had a croque monsieur and both were amazing!

I had such a relaxing and enjoyable stay at the 1 Hotel Toronto! My skin loved the extra TLC and this staycation really helped feel recharged. Big thanks to Nudestix to making this possible!
