10 Winter Workwear Outfits
Winter Whites
Ditch the all-black winter wardrobe and embrace refreshing whites and neutrals. During the winter there is a tendency to lean toward wearing black. But this season I’ve been all about winter whites! There’s something that’s just so refreshing about whites and neutrals.
I styled a white knit button-down dress with a white tweed blazer, adding a touch of warmth with brown accent pieces like a Valentino Vlogo belt, tall boots, and my vintage Louis Vuitton Croissant bag. The completed outfit is a seamless, polished workwear look that’s perfect for the season.
And if you need some tips on keeping your white bright, check out this post here.
Houndstooth Blazer
black skinny jeans from Citizen
mock neck body suit from Abercrombie
suede pointed toe ankle boots c/o Ann Taylor
Triomphe belt from Celine
woven tote back c/o Jeanne Lottie
This houndstooth blazer is a must-have addition to your wardrobe essentials for fall and winter. I love how it adds a cozy touch to any look.
Here I’ve styled this houndstooth blazer with a neutral mock neck body suit and black skinny jeans for a simple and chic look.
I finished off the outfit with minimalist accessories: a brown Celine Triomphe belt, pointed-toe ankle boots from Ann Taylor, and a woven tote bag from Jeanne Lottie.
Layering for Warmth
mock neck top c/o SHEIN
cropped jacket c/o SHEIN
brown Vlogo Valentino belt c/o My Theresa
nude pointed toe flats from Nordstrom
Neverfull Tote Bag from Louis Vuitton
In the colder months, it can be challenging to find pants that keep me warm here in Toronto. I recently discovered Uniqlo Heattech thermal legging and they’ve been a game-changer for layering under my dress pants!
In this winter workwear look, I paired the thermal pants with khaki trousers, a tan mock neck top, and a cropped jacket. I finished off the outfit with pointed-toe flats, a Valentino belt, and a Louis Vuitton Neverfull tote. The thermal pants are so thin that they’re barely visible, yet they keep me warm and comfortable.
Here’s another winter whites look with white pants and neutral sweater.
I’m absolutely obsessed with these cream pants! They’re the perfect addition to any winter wardrobe. They give a luxurious touch when paired with other neutral colors. I snagged this pair from Club Monaco on Boxing Day and it was definitely a great purchase.
Easy Outfit Combo – Sweater and Jeans
A sweater and jeans combo is a classic winter look that you can’t go wrong with. I paired a cozy mock neck sweater from Plenty with black skinny jeans and a long wool coat.
To add some depth and warmth to the outfit, I finished it off with brown Gen N Naturalizer boots, a Valentino belt from My Theresa, and a Jeanne Lottie bag. This look is perfect for keeping warm and stylish during the colder months.
Fleece Tights

white top | skort
black boots
Saint Laurent envelope clutch c/o My Theresa
A skort, blazer, and boots make for a great winter workwear outfit combination. But the key to this look is the fleece-lined tights! They’re a game-changer for keeping warm during the colder months.
These fleece tights feel warmer than pants, yet still look cute under your skirts! If you’re looking for a stylish and practical winter look, give this combo a try with a pair of fleece-lined tights
Once again, I’m in my latest favorite Club Monaco pants, this time in a dressier winter whites outfit for the office.
I paired them with a pearl detail sweater from Ever New and added some sparkle with Korite Jewelry. This outfit is perfect for a dressy winter occasion, and the white color palette makes it feel fresh and crisp.
Trousers and Sneakers
One of my favourite winter workwear outfits, it’s the perfect combination of comfort and style. Sneakers and trousers are a great option for commuting or casual days.
I paired these brown trousers with a mock neck sweater and a long wool coat. (Of course layering them with my Uniqlo Heattech as well.) To finish off the look, I recommend investing in a classic belt like this one from Celine. It adds a touch of elegance and elevates any outfit
Faux Leather Mini Skirt
wool coat
Faux leather has been a popular trend throughout fall, but I had a hard time incorporating it into my wardrobe. That was until I found this brown faux leather skirt from Ever New.
I find brown leather so much easier to wear than black and feels more appropriate for work, especially in my casual office setting. I paired it with a sweater and coat from Ever New, I love the brand for their feminine clothes and this look is no exception.
