Here's a quick easy tutorial on how to create an easy quilted nail pattern with a nail brush:
2 coats of your base color. I recommend you wait until your base layers are dry before added your pattern.
Draw dotted diagonal lines across your nail.
Then draw the more diagonal lines the opposite way (perpendicular) to the where the spaces of the of your first lines are to created a quilted look!
Easy peasy!
Sounds weird right, but it's really quite amazing. My aunt gave me this Lush shampoo bar and told me that once just tried it and I would never go back to regular shampoo. I was skeptical, other than smelling good, it sounded like an infomercial promise.
