Proper skincare may seem complicated, especially since we live in an age where we’re constantly bombarded with new and often contradictory info on what might be best for your skin. It can be hard to keep up, and separate the good advice from the bad.

Whether you’re hanging out in sun, out for a walk, or sitting in traffic on your morning commute, wearing sunscreen is a necessary step for all skin care routines. You might think UV rays might not be strong enough to give you a tan, but they still induced wrinkles and saggy skin that accumulates over a lifetime.

Skincare Commandment #3 – Hydrate From the Inside Out

Skincare Commandment #8 – Use The Right Products

It’s no secret that not everyone’s skin is the same. Some people have more sensitive skin than others, some have skin too dry, some have skin too oily, some have a combination of the two and some have what we call ‘normal’ skin, or skin without any glaring flaws.

Each type has its own specific needs that need to be addressed. When going through your daily skincare routine, don’t use a product just because it has a cult following. Sometimes it might not be right for you. Know your skin type and the what your skin needs and find the right products to care for it.
