Ice cream and summer go hand in hand. When the temperatures start rising, homemade ice cream is the best treat to help cool things down.
Making this homemade sea salt and honey ice cream recipe is simple, you don’t need any fancy equipment like an ice cream machine, just a standard mixer and if you don’t have that, a simple whisk will do just fine too!
Best of all this no-churn recipe requires just 4 simple ingredients and just 10 minutes of prep time.
No-churn ice cream is magical because it really only needs two things: heavy whipping cream and sweetened condensed milk.
Of course, you’ll want to add other flavourings to it, like vanilla extract or toppings and mix-in’s like cookies or chocolate, and in the case for this recipe, it will be some sea salt and honey!

About One Root Wildflower Honey
Honey is one of nature’s most delicious treats. But do you know where your honey comes from and how it’s processed? The majority of honey in the market are mixed with cheaper honey and often mixed with syrup and fillers. One Root Wildflower Honey is 100% organic raw Northern Canadian honey that’s single-sourced and never mixed with other honey.
Root Wildflower Honey is the only brand that focuses on producing antibiotic-free honey. It’s harvested using only ethical and organic beekeeping methods that allows their honey to be rich in nutrients with enzymes, antioxidants, and amino acids.
Not only does their organic honey taste amazing, but I admire their ethical and sustainable practices. Nature needs to be respected, and with the declining population of bees, it’s so important that to enjoy honey sustainability so future generations can enjoy it as well.
